Ridesutra Terms of Service

Welcome to Ridesutra! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ridesutra website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”) provided by Neoridesutra Garage LLP (“Ridesutra”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Please read them carefully. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

  1. 1. Eligibility & Registration
    • You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Ridesutra. If you are under the legal age to form a binding contract, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
    • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (“User Data”) and to keep this information updated.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You may register or log in via third-party networks (e.g., Google, Meta, Apple). By doing so, you authorize us to use information from those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.
  1. 2. Use of Services
    • Ridesutra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
    • You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
    • You may not share your account or allow others to access your account. You agree not to create multiple accounts for yourself.
    • Certain features may require you to connect third-party services or devices; you agree to comply with their terms and policies.
  1. 3. Payments, Fees & Subscriptions
    • Some features of the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
    • Payments are processed by third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our partners to process transactions as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • Subscription fees (if applicable) will be billed in advance and will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
    • No refunds or credits will be provided except as required by law or stated in these Terms.
  1. 4. Content & Intellectual Property
    • You own the content you create and share on Ridesutra (“User Content”), but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform and display your User Content in connection with the Platform.
    • This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except to the extent your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
    • You are responsible for your User Content and must have all rights necessary to post it. You may not post content that infringes or violates the rights of others or is otherwise unlawful.
    • You may mark your content as public, private, or available to select users. We will respect your privacy choices as described in our Privacy Policy.
  1. 5. Bike Health & Regulatory Data
    • Ridesutra offers features that allow you to track the health and compliance status of your motorbike(s), including registration, insurance, pollution, fines, and related details.
    • By using these features, you consent to Ridesutra collecting and processing such data from you, government databases, or authorized third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide for these features is accurate and lawful.
  1. 6. Acceptable Use
    • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
    • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: spamming, harassment, impersonation, posting illegal or infringing content, and attempting to access or interfere with other users’ accounts or data.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  1. 7. Termination
    • You may delete your account at any time.
    • We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
    • Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will cease immediately.
  1. 8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
    • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content.
    • Ridesutra is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of the Platform, including reliance on any information or third-party services.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridesutra’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  1. 9. Indemnity
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ridesutra, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
  1. 10. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration or as otherwise required by applicable law.
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  1. 11. Changes to Terms
    • We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the Platform.
    • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
